New Members: Click here to download a membership application. Current or Past SMSHP Members: You may renew your membership online using a credit card or PayPal account. Dues will cover membership for one calendar year (January 1 thru December 31). Pharmacist and Associate Memberships are $40.00 for the year. Pharmacy Technician and Student Memberships are $15.00 for the year.
